Important: A late registration surcharge of €50 applies to all categories for registrations made on or after 16 October 2026.

Cancellations before 20 October 2026 will be fully refunded.
No refunds will be issued after this date.

To qualify, participants must be affiliated with a university in an eligible country. See the list of eligible countries: IMF country list).
** PhD Student rate
€575 (VAT 0%, includes ECSB membership worth €35)
€625 from 16 October 2026 (VAT 0%, includes ECSB membership)
This rate applies to PhD students and covers participation in the conference and pre-conference-events, but not the doctoral workshop.
*** Doctoral workshop + conference rate
€420 (VAT 0%, includes ECSB membership worth €35)
- Available only to PhD students accepted to the Doctoral Workshop
- Conference registration is mandatory
- Accepted participants will receive detailed registration instructions with their official acceptance notification.
Participation policy
Participation by individuals based in Russia and Belarus is currently suspended in line with EU sanctions and restrictive measures related to the war in Ukraine. This policy does not apply to scholars of Russian or Belarusian nationality working at institutions outside these countries. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope this measure will be temporary.
