Abstract guidelines

Your extended abstract must clearly address the following elements:

  • Objectives (~200 words)
  • Literature Review (~300 words)
  • Approach / Methodology (~200 words)
  • Results / Findings (~300 words)
  • Value and Implications (~200 words)

The total length of the extended abstract must not exceed 1,200 words.

In addition, authors are kindly requested to provide the following information at submission:

  • 3 to 5 keywords
  • One primary conference track that best fits the submission
  • Methodological orientation of the paper (quantitative, qualitative, or conceptual)
  • Intended type of full paper submission (full paper or work-in-progress paper)

Please note that bibliographical references are not mandatory, but may be provided upon request.

All abstracts will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, it is compulsory that neither the author’s name nor any contact details appear in the submission. Author identification will be handled exclusively through the submission system login.

 

Important Notes

►  According to the RENT policy, each author may submit only one paper as the submitting author. Authors may be listed as co-authors on additional submissions. The submitting author is expected to present the paper; however, one or more co-authors may serve as the presenter if necessary.

►  Authors of accepted abstracts will be required to:

  • Submit a full paper by 1 October 2026
  • Complete conference registration for (one of) the author(s) before 16 September 2026.
